3. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning
4. Manage the complete recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding
5. Leverage multiple sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, databases) to build candidate pipelines
6. Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
7. Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to improve recruitment efficiency
8. Support additional HR functions as required
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. MBA in Human Resource.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in BPO recruitment.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented.
5. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a high-volume environment.
